How to Order

Orders can be placed on the website, or by sending an e-mail to puresimplepleasures@cox.net

Be sure to include the items you would like, the quantity, and your scent choice if applicable. Also include your shipping address and the e-mail address to send a paypal invoice. We will process your order, calculate the postage, and send an invoice via paypal. If an item is not in stock you will be notified prior to the invoice being sent, at which time you can choose to hold the order for that item, or delete it from your order. If you would like to pay by money order arrangements can be made. We can now accept credit card payments outside of paypal. 

Shipping Policies

Orders for in stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship Monday - Friday using USPS. You will be notified by e-mail once your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees

We ship via USPS. Shipping charges on based on the total amount of your order. 

Refunds

All of our items are non-refundable/non-returnable due to the nature of our products. Please order carefully and contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.
